Responsibilities include on-time pickup and delivery, accurate logs, reefer temperature management, and equipment inspections. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer for regional and long-haul routes Transport temperature-controlled freight on schedule nationwide Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logs Follow all DOT, safety, and company compliance standards Communicate with dispatch and support teams for load updates Manage reefer unit to maintain proper cargo temperatures Secure loads and verify shipping documentation accuracy Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery sites Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork Required Skills CDL A tractor-trailer driving Temperature-controlled (reefer) operations DOT and FMCSA compliance Electronic logging devices (ELD) use Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Trip planning and time management Cargo securement and load verification Defensive driving and safety procedures Customer service at shipping/receiving sites Communication with dispatch and operations
