Non-CDL Dumpster Delivery Driver

  • 26 per hour, based on experience Full-Time | Local Driving | Home Daily | Growth Opportunity Clean Site Experts is a rapidly growing dumpster rental company serving the DFW Metroplex , and we are looking for a dependable, safety-minded driver to join our team.
This position involves delivering, picking up, and swapping roll-off dumpsters using a Ram 3500 and gooseneck trailer throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for someone who can safely operate our equipment, work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and become a long-term part of our company. This is not just a driving job. As Clean Site Experts continues to grow, we expect to create additional opportunities in operations, dispatch, fleet management, driver training, sales, and management. We want someone who can grow with the company and potentially take on greater responsibility over time. What You'll Do Deliver, pick up, and swap dumpsters throughout the DFW Metroplex Drive a Ram 3500 while towing a gooseneck dumpster trailer Safely load, unload, secure, and transport dumpsters Back trailers into residential driveways, construction sites, and tight job-site locations Complete landfill and disposal runs Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections Check tires, lights, brakes, hitch connections, safety equipment, and trailer condition Take placement and pickup photos Communicate with dispatch regarding completed jobs, delays, customer requests, or job-site issues Protect customer property while placing and removing dumpsters Keep company trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and in good condition Immediately report damage, mechanical problems, accidents, or safety concerns Help maintain the high level of service our customers expect as the company continues to grow Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of gooseneck trailer towing experience Experience regularly towing loaded trailers Comfortable safely backing a gooseneck trailer into tight spaces Valid driver's license appropriate for the equipment being operated Clean or acceptable driving record Ability to meet our commercial auto insurance requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable using a smartphone for dispatch, photos, maps, and communication Able to safely perform the physical duties associated with securing and operating dumpster equipment Must take care of company equipment and customer property Applicants without at least one year of gooseneck trailer experience will not be considered for this position. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Dumpster or roll-off operations Equipment hauling Construction Landscaping Restoration Heavy trailer towing Hotshot driving Local delivery Towing or transport Dumpster experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person on our dumpster system. What we do not want to train from scratch is basic trailer competence. You should already be comfortable hitching, towing, maneuvering, and backing a gooseneck trailer before applying. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $23
  • 26/hour depending on experience Candidates with strong gooseneck, dumpster, equipment-hauling, or similar experience may qualify toward the higher end of the range.
