Help launch a brand-new shuttle service in one of the most iconic landscapes in the country. This fall, Via is introducing seasonal shuttle service connecting Moab to the Arches National Park Visitor Center and on to famous sites within the park — and we need drivers to make it happen. Every day behind the wheel means red rock views, excited visitors, and a front-row seat to one of Utah's most-visited national parks. If you love driving, enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and want a seasonal job that doesn't feel like a desk job, this is it. What You'll Do Drive assigned routes between Moab and Arches National Park, including the Visitor Center and key sites within the park Provide friendly, professional service to riders — many of whom are visiting the park for the first time Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns Communicate with dispatch and respond to schedule or route updates Assist passengers as needed and help create a great first impression of the park Complete required documentation, including inspection and incident reports Follow all safety policies and procedures Who You Are At least 25 years old Hold a valid driver's license Eligible to work in the United States Able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public High school diploma or equivalent Able to pass a drug screening, DMV record check, and criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws Customer-focused, dependable, and excited to represent Via in a national park setting CDL Drivers Encouraged to Apply A Commercial Driver's License is not required for this role at this time — but if you already hold one, we'd love to hear from you as you will be eligible for a higher pay rate of $29/hour this fall. Schedule Seasonal role, fall 2026 Service runs 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 7 days a week Training begins the week of August 16, 2026 Employment through October 31, 2026
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$22/hour for non-CDL; $29 for fully licensed CDLs with passenger endorsement Full-time and part-time opportunities available Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off Schedules are based on operational needs and service demand; work hours may vary.
