This position involves hauling non-hazardous liquid waste from customer locations to approved disposal and treatment facilities throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. We're looking for an experienced, safety-conscious driver who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in their equipment, and can reliably complete assigned routes and required paperwork. Responsibilities Safely operate semi trucks and tanker trailers Haul non-hazardous liquid waste from customer locations to disposal and treatment facilities Load and unload tanker trailers Connect and disconnect hoses and related equipment during loading and unloading Complete required DOT vehicle inspections and documentation Maintain accurate driver logs and comply with FMCSA Hours of Service requirements Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Monitor equipment during loading, transportation, and unloading Maintain assigned equipment in a clean and safe operating condition Communicate with dispatch and other team members regarding loads, schedules, and equipment May operate vacuum trucks or vacuum trailers as needed Follow all company, DOT, FMCSA, and safety requirements Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required Tanker endorsement required Good driving record Previous CDL driving experience preferred Tanker experience preferred Experience hauling liquid products or non-hazardous waste is a plus Must be able to safely load and unload tanker trailers Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading, including climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling Must be able to maintain compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test Schedule & Pay Full-time Competitive wages Pay based on experience Routes primarily throughout Wisconsin and Illinois Benefits Health insurance after 30 days of employment Dental insurance after 30 days of employment Vision insurance after 30 days of employment Short-term disability Life insurance 401(k) after 6 months of employment Paid time off About the Position This is a good fit for a driver who enjoys working independently and wants more than simply driving from point A to point B.
