The Traffic Department seeks a Traffic Associate for the Day Shift to provide administrative support to the Director of Traffic and to various members of the Traffic Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist department in carrying out various duties including: Provides clerical assistance to Traffic Department. Compiles records report for the Traffic Department. Customer Service Answer phones and provide customer assistance to brokers, customers, and drivers. Operates a computer terminal to input and retrieve data. Operates office machines such adding, calculating, duplicating machines.

Knowledge and Skills:

The position requires a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedication to customer service and computer literacy. The candidate must be well organized, sensitive to handling confidential information and detail oriented. Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks. Adequate command of both English and Spanish language

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or six months to one year experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Goya Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
