Job Summary Join our dynamic stone fabrication shop as a CNC Saw Operator — a role designed for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience? No problem! We will provide comprehensive training on CNC saw operations, ensuring you develop the skills needed to excel. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with precision machinery, interpret technical drawings, and contribute to high-quality stone fabrication projects. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to start a rewarding career, this is the perfect role for you! Need to have good math skills! Duties Operate CNC saw machines used for cutting stone materials with precision and safety. Need to be able to read a tape measurer. Will be tested Follow detailed technical drawings, and production documents to ensure accurate cuts and measurements. Assist in setting up and calibrating CNC saw equipment, including programming adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards and procedures in the shop. Interpret shop math and technical specifications to ensure proper material handling and fabrication processes. Collaborate with team members . Also may need to do some stone polishing. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required — we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Basic understanding of mechanical concepts, and shop math is advantageous. Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting or previous use of tools like hand tools or basic machine operation is a plus. Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as SolidWorks or similar programs can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with excellent measurement skills Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow safety standards diligently.
