Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable, experienced and customer-focused Armorer to join the Mission94 Team. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to connect and build relationships with customers, and a passion for delivering an outstanding experience. Working 15-25 hours per week, the armorer inspects, cleans, repairs, provides part and accessory installation, and maintains firearms, manages parts and test-fires firearms to ensure safe and reliable operation for the company and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, clean, lubricate, and test-fire firearms for safety, function, and reliability. Diagnose mechanical issues and replace worn or broken parts to factory specifications. Maintain precise inventory logs for firearms and parts including required bound book/ATF compliance tracking and Armorer's log where applicable. Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for firearms Prepare operational status and inventory reports for management team. Provide parts and accessory installation
Qualifications & Requirements:
A high school diploma or possession of a GED certificate
Certifications:
Sonoran Desert Institute or other nationally recognized armorer or gunsmith certification. 5+ years of experiences in firearm maintenance, repair, or armorer or gunsmith duties Strong understanding of firearms mechanics, firearm safety protocols, and state/federal regulations Excellent problem-solving skills Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude Proficiency with specialized gunsmithing tools, trigger pull testers, punch sets, and alignment gauges Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment or bulk ammunition (up to 50 lbs)
