Job Description

Role Purpose Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles. Leadership This position does not lead others. Core Accountabilities 1. Wash ad vacuum customer vehicles and park in designated area. 2. Maintain organized lot in order to provide easy access for customers. Includes removing any debris and snow. 3. Maintain loaner vehicles. Wash, fill gas tanks and park in designated area. Inform management of any mechanical or body repairs needed. 4. Help clean shop and service drive as needed when asked and/or per schedule. 5. Valet customers and/or vehicles when asked Competencies and Qualifications 1. High School Diploma 2. Valid driver's license. 3. 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred 4. Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset 5. Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement 6.

Possesses effective communication skills:

oral, written, listening. 7. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
