Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Service Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while managing other duties in our service department efficiently. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests, showcasing your hospitality skills and attention to detail, shuttling customers and running other errands. Duties Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them with parking their vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns guests may have. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to ensure a positive first impression. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments for valet services. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations. Utilize driving skills, including proficiency in manual transmission, when operating guest vehicles. Assist with any additional tasks as required by management. Skills Strong guest services and hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Previous experience in valet parking or dealership settings is preferred but not required. Proficient driving skills, including experience with manual transmission vehicles. Background in customer service with an emphasis on cash handling and cashiering duties. Familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing is beneficial. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous, showcasing driving proficiency and customer interaction.
