Overview Join our dynamic team as a Porter Hyundai Greeter and Lot Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a welcoming environment for every visitor. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at our dealership, providing exceptional guest services while efficiently managing vehicle movement and lot organization. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive retail, customer service, and outdoor work. Duties Greet customers warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional guest services Assist with vehicle parking, including valet parking and lot organization, ensuring safety and efficiency Safely operate standard passenger cars and assist with vehicle movement around the lot Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, accessories, or other dealership equipment as needed Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring a neat appearance at all times Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle flow and address guest inquiries Experience Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is highly valued for delivering exceptional customer interactions Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate standard passenger vehicles confidently, including manual transmission vehicles if necessary Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Physical ability to perform manual tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy outdoor work, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
