This is a full-time, year-round position working 40 hours per week . Pay is up to $19 per hour , based on experience, work history, and qualifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, stays organized, follows instructions, and takes pride in keeping a dealership lot operating efficiently. This is not a seasonal or temporary position. Primary Responsibilities Safely move and park new, used, sold, and trade-in vehicles Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and properly arranged Locate vehicles quickly for salespeople, managers, and customers Pull vehicles for test drives and return them to the correct location Stage sold vehicles for customer deliveries Assist with receiving and organizing newly delivered vehicles Verify that vehicles have the correct stock tags and key tags Help maintain an accurate vehicle-location system Report missing keys, misplaced vehicles, damage, or other concerns immediately Inspect vehicles for visible damage before and after moving them Make sure vehicles are locked, secured, and parked correctly Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transportation when assigned Keep dealership keys organized and properly secured Support sales managers with additional lot and vehicle-related duties Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must meet dealership insurance requirements Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to safely operate cars, SUVs, trucks, and other dealership vehicles Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the workday Ability to follow instructions and work independently Professional attitude and appearance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous dealership, valet, porter, transportation, warehouse, or automotive experience is preferred Must be willing to complete a background check and motor-vehicle-record review Schedule and Pay Full-time position 40 hours per week Saturdays required Year-round employment Up to $19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
