Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance with parking needs Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles in outdoor parking areas Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently while maintaining high safety standards and vehicle security Assist guests with loading or unloading items, including heavy lifting when necessary Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees, utilizing retail math and cash handling skills Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols Support automotive service operations by directing guests to relevant departments or personnel Experience Prior experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly preferred Dealership or automotive service background is a plus, especially familiarity with standard passenger cars and manual transmissions Outdoor work experience demonstrating comfort working in various weather conditions Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical tasks associated with outdoor parking duties Proven track record of excellent customer service and professionalism in fast-paced settings Basic cashiering skills, including processing cash transactions accurately and retail math proficiency Join us as a Valet Parking Attendant where your energy, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction will shine!
