$16-$21/hour, based on experience] About the Role Banister Ford of Marlow Heights is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and ready to show — playing a key part in the customer's first impression of our dealership. Responsibilities Move, park, and organize vehicles across the lot in an efficient, logical manner Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to maintain showroom-ready condition Perform basic vehicle inspections (fuel levels, tire pressure, fluid levels) Retrieve and deliver vehicles for test drives, service, and customer pickup Assist sales and service teams with vehicle staging and transport Keep the lot, driveways, and display areas clean and free of debris Manage inventory tags, keys, and vehicle paperwork accurately Monitor and report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues Assist with loading/unloading vehicles from transport trucks Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Prior dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Health/Dental/Vision benefits, Voluntary Benefits 401K Paid time off Opportunities for growth within the dealership Employee vehicle purchase discounts A supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Interested candidates should apply online at https://www.banisterfordofmarlowheights.com/careers.aspx
