Austin Country Club , located in Austin, MN , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Attendant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$11.41 - $12.00 per hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities:

Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained Issues receipts for guest purchases Takes messages for staff or guests Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags Clean, stage, and store golf carts Set up and maintain the driving range and practice facilities Ensure bag drop, cart barn, and practice areas remain clean and organized Assist with club storage and bag room organization Provide general support to the Golf Professional Staff Deliver a high level of customer service at all times Follow all club safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Golf knowledge preferred but not required Competitive hourly wage Golf privileges (based on club policy) Uniforms provided
