Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained Issues receipts for guest purchases Takes messages for staff or guests Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags Clean, stage, and store golf carts Set up and maintain the driving range and practice facilities Ensure bag drop, cart barn, and practice areas remain clean and organized Assist with club storage and bag room organization Provide general support to the Golf Professional Staff Deliver a high level of customer service at all times Follow all club safety and operational procedures Must be 16 years of age Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Golf knowledge preferred but not required Competitive hourly wage Golf privileges (based on club policy) Uniforms provided Opportunities for growth within the Golf Operations team Days, nights, and weekends Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
