Parking Attendant (Part-Time) - Union Depot ABM Parking is hiring a part-time Parking Attendant for the Union Depot campus in Lowertown St. Paul. This evening role is a great fit for someone who works well independently, values customer service, and takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well maintained.

Schedule:

5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 25 hours per week

Pay:

$19.00 per hour What You'll Do

• Keep parking facilities clean and maintained
• Empty garbage cans and maintain pet relief stations
• Respond to calls generated by parking equipment and assist customers
• Close and reopen parking areas based on capacity
• Track dormant vehicles throughout the facility
• Work with Janitorial, Engineering, and Security teams as needed What You'll Need
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, 9-panel drug screen, and motor vehicle record check Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1 year of parking experience preferred This role includes both indoor and outdoor work, with a significant amount of time spent outside.

A valid driver's license is required because the attendant will operate a company ATV throughout the facilities. About Us ABM (
