Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses.)
Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service About You… You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment. You are a well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service. You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
