Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their vehicle needs in a friendly, professional manner Safely operate standard passenger cars and assist with parking, retrieving, and moving vehicles around the dealership lot Perform light outdoor work including vehicle washing, detailing, and yard maintenance to keep the premises clean and inviting Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments for services or parking fees, utilizing retail math and cashiering skills Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address any questions or concerns Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires or equipment safely to support service operations Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all else Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger vehicles is essential Ability to perform manual transmission driving and handle outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity required for outdoor tasks and vehicle handling Experience with cash handling, cashiering, retail math, or processing cash transactions is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively Join us as a Service Porter and become an integral part of delivering outstanding automotive experiences!
