We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Service Lot Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of our service drive, ensuring vehicle organization, and delivering a premium customer experience. This entry-level position is an excellent gateway into the automotive industry, offering valuable exposure to dealership operations and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction:

Greet incoming customers warmly on the service drive. Guide them through the drop-off process and retrieve finished vehicles from the lot when they return.

Vehicle Movement:

Safely park incoming customer vehicles in designated lot areas and transport cars to the appropriate technician service bays.

Shuttle Transportation:

Provide safe, courteous, and timely shuttle rides for service customers to and from their homes or workplaces.

Parts Logistics:

Drive dealership vehicles to perform parts pickups and deliveries from local vendors and suppliers.

Facility Maintenance:

Perform general shop and building cleaning duties, including sweeping, emptying trash, and keeping the service drive and customer areas presentable and organized. Qualifications & Requirements Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Minimum age requirement of 18 years old. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Physical stamina to stay on your feet, move quickly, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions is a plus.
