JOB SUMMARY
Parking Attendant Associates perform a variety of duties to help facilitate a smooth and efficient operation of the assigned parking lots during the Winter Light Spectacular event.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Visually inspects all parking areas for safety and maintenance concerns. Ensure that you are well informed and prepared for daily events. Clearly communicates all instructions and needs to staff and immediate supervisors. Properly wear safety vests and be equipped with parking wands and radios, provided nightly by LV Zoo Ability to answer general guest questions concerning parking, directions, admissions, etc. Contacts supervisors and follows protocol if accidents or other emergencies arise. Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills Competencies Excellent communication skills Comfortable speaking to small and large groups of people Ability to act in a friendly, outgoing, polite, and professional manor always to guests and staff Ability to follow written and oral direction and to exercise good judgment Personal and professional image and demeanor Committed to ensuring that "all guests leave happy" Flexibility with schedule; available to work weekends, holidays, evenings

Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment can be loud. While performing these job duties, you will be required to work outside in all weather conditions .
