Cleveland, TN 37311 Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team in Cleveland, TN. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our service customers by providing excellent support and maintaining the service area. Key Responsibilities Greet service customers promptly and courteously upon arrival. Park customer vehicles safely and efficiently in designated areas. Drive the service shuttle to transport customers as needed. Stock and maintain service amenities to ensure availability and cleanliness. Maintain a clean and organized service area. Required Skills & Availability Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to safely park and move vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to stock and organize amenities efficiently. Availability to work on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday hours.
