Tims Ford Powersports is seeking a dependable, hardworking Tractor Driver / Lot Manager to help move, organize, and maintain our inventory and property. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating equipment, backing trailers, working outdoors, and taking ownership of keeping our dealership running smoothly. Responsibilities Operate tractors and equipment safely and efficiently Move, stage, and organize boats, personal watercraft, trailers, and other inventory throughout the property Safely back, maneuver, and position trailers in tight spaces Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting inventory around the dealership Monitor lot appearance and organization to ensure a professional presentation at all times Maintain all lot surfaces Bush hog, mow, and maintain dealership grounds Spray and manage weeds around the facility Pick up trash and perform general property upkeep Assist with facility improvement projects and other dealership needs as assigned Qualifications Experience operating tractors and related equipment Strong trailer backing and maneuvering skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Mechanical aptitude is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices what needs to be done, and gets it done.
