Valet - Parking Attendant About the Resort Horseshoe Bay Resort is located on Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country, offering a premier destination with access to outdoor recreation, golf, and upscale amenities. Position Overview The Bell/Valet Attendant delivers exceptional guest service by assisting with arrivals and departures, parking vehicles, handling luggage, and managing front drive operations. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient first impression for guests. Key Responsibilities Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in support Transport luggage, including specialty items (e.g., coolers, golf clubs) Manage traffic flow at the front drive Maintain the cleanliness of the entrance, valet area, and bell carts Provide accurate information about the resort and local area Complete guest deliveries and special requests Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Stay informed on resort amenities, schedules, and promotions Follow proper phone and guest communication etiquette Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Must follow uniform and grooming standards, including slip-resistant footwear Ability to follow all company policies and procedures Physical Requirements Ability to lift to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in varying weather conditions Ability to move quickly to meet guest needs Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with employer match Short- and long-term disability coverage Critical illness and accident insurance Access to select resort amenities (based on availability) Retail and dining discounts Employee discounts at Crescent Hotels & Resorts properties
