Parking Lot Attendants at Lark Brewing Co. are integral to ensuring a delightful experience for our patrons from the moment they arrive until they depart. They play a vital role in guiding visitors in and out of the parking lot, assisting with parking, and providing friendly instruction as needed. As the first and last representatives' visitors encounter during their visit to Lark Brewing Co., Parking Lot Attendants are entrusted with upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patrons upon arrival and help as they enter the parking lot. Direct vehicles to available parking spaces, optimizing space usage efficiently. Aid drivers in parking maneuvers (ex: backing out of spots), particularly during peak hours or special events. Offer clear and concise instructions to visitors regarding parking guidelines and designated areas. Monitor parking lot activity to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Address patrons' inquiries and provide information about Lark Brewing Co.'s offerings, events, and facilities. Assist with managing traffic flow during busy periods to minimize congestion and ensure safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot area, including litter removal and debris cleanup. Collaborate with fellow team members to promptly resolve any issues or concerns raised by patrons. Proactively identify and mitigate potential safety hazards within the parking lot environment.

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with patrons and colleagues. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with basic traffic control and parking management techniques preferred. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical capability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
