What You'll Do As a Hotel Transportation Attendant / Valet Attendant , you will: Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic attitude. Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for hotel guests and their belongings to and from predetermined destinations. Operate hotel vehicles safely and responsibly while following all applicable traffic laws and company policies. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings as needed. Valet, retrieve, and park guest vehicles in a safe and organized manner when assigned. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming appearance at the hotel entrance and valet area. Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and other points of interest to assist guests and provide recommendations. Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, concerns, and complaints. Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Bell/Door, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Inspect hotel transportation vehicles regularly and ensure vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and adequately fueled. Report vehicle maintenance, safety, or operational concerns promptly. Maintain accurate awareness of vehicle locations, keys, and guest transportation needs. Assist with special guest requests and other hotel operations based on business demands. Maintain a professional appearance and consistently represent the hotel and TEAM brand with pride. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous hotel, valet, transportation, bell, or guest-service experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right hospitality professional who is eager to learn and grow. Must be at least 21 years of age . Must possess a valid, current, and non-probationary driver's license from the state in which the property is located. Must maintain a clean driving record and meet company and insurance requirements for operating hotel vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and associates from diverse backgrounds. Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain discretion, and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced hotel environment. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. Schedule flexibility, including availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and/or overnight shifts as business needs require. Ability to safely assist with luggage and perform the physical requirements associated with valet and transportation duties. Bilingual skills are a plus. Ready to Find Your MORE?
