Job Description The Valet Attendant provides a welcoming and professional first and last impression for guests at the casino entrance. This role is responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering exceptional customer service. Attendants also offer directions, share information about local attractions and property events, and ensure all guest interactions are positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist with arrival/departure, including doors and luggage Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Issue and manage claim tickets Provide directions and information about property amenities and local attractions Maintain accurate records (vehicle logs, reports, damage documentation) Shuttle guests to designated locations as needed Support guest service recovery and communicate with internal departments

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL with passenger endorsement preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow traffic laws Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment:
