Part-Time Job Summary:

Kiddos Kargo is seeking a mature, reliable and caring Van Driver to transport children safely to and from various schools, after school facilities and day cares. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and secure environment for our passengers, adhering to safety protocols and providing excellent customer service. Employer conducts background check, drug testing and motor vehicle driving history check.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport children to designated locations, including schools, extracurricular activities, and events. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain a clean and organized van interior. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth transportation experience. Assist children with boarding and disembarking the vehicle. Monitor behavior during transport and address any issues that may arise. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety. Complete daily logs and reports as required.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the pass 3 years. At least six months of prior experience. Experience working with children preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Rate of pay:

$15.00 per hour Work schedule: To be discussed with employer
