• We are seeking a candidate for our Healthcare Taxi Driver opening.

In this role you will drive passengers to and from medical appointments. This is a great opportunity for an existing driver using one of the ride apps to get higher volume of passengers, many of whom are regulars who go multiple times per week. Many of our drivers use their own vehicle and some are also trained to use a company issued wheelchair/stretcher van for increased volume and higher quality trips. In this position you will have a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays. We are a growing locally owned family business where every employee matters and plays a huge role in the success and growth of the company. There is opportunity for growth in this position as we are seeking one candidate to learn other duties include assisting with routing, scheduling, marketing, billing, payroll, bookkeeping, logistical planning, and more. No Experience Required. On the job training and Certifications Provided. This position requires you travel to pick up passengers mainly in Washington, Holmes, & Bay counties, and occasionally also in Calhoun, Walton, & Okaloosa.

Duties Indlude :

• Safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities and home addresses.
• Assisting passengers in and out of the vehicle including handling and securing walkers, canes, and other mobility devices.
• Keeping detailed records of trips and ensuring timely arrivals while maintaining a clean vehicle.
• Learn and understand company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with managers to achieve company goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in RideShare, customer service, bus or commercial driving is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Florida Drivers License and minimum age of 25 is required by our insurance
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in computer skills Please note that this position requires travel and flexible working hours.
