Guest Services Attendant:

FULL TIME OR PART TIME

$14.00/HR Welcomes and assists guests upon arrival and departure, provides directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and helps create a warm first and last impression. Assists with loading, unloading, tagging, storing, and delivering guest luggage, packages, messages, and other items while maintaining accurate baggage records. Keeps the lobby, front entrance, bell closet, bell carts, and shuttle vans clean, organized, and guest-ready. Opens doors, assists with transportation, drives the hotel shuttle as needed, and communicates with the front desk to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least one year of customer service experience required; previous guest services experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, and be familiar with the local area. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling. Strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a professional, guest-focused attitude are required.
