The primary responsibility is to safely transport individuals to and from medical appointments, their homes, senior living facilities, and places of interest. This role is vital in ensuring clients receive timely and comfortable transportation while maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service. Duties Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers to medical appointments, homes, senior living facilities, and various destinations. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety. Follow scheduled routes and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to passenger needs. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger details as required by company policies. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies during transportation duties. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in driving passenger vehicles or similar roles preferred. Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges or special needs if required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. Prior experience in non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) is a plus but not mandatory.
