Automotive LaborMax Staffing is hiring Rail Loaders and Shuttle Drivers for an automotive facility in Marysville, OH. These positions involve moving new vehicles throughout the facility and/or loading vehicles onto railcars for shipment.

Job Duties:
  • Drive new vehicles between designated staging and loading areas
  • Load and position vehicles for transportation as assigned
  • Enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the shift
  • Follow designated driving routes and traffic patterns
  • Inspect vehicles for visible damage
  • Follow all safety and vehicle-handling procedures
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Comfortable driving various makes and models of vehicles
  • Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors depending on assignment
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Must meet all client and safety requirements
Starting Pay:
$16.00
  • 18.
