- $22/hr base pay
- Overtime available
- earn significantly more during peak and holiday seasons
- Paid training
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday
- 10:15am start time
- 9 to 10 hour shifts
- Weekend shifts available for those who want extra hours
- Part-time option: 3 weekday shifts + 1 weekend day (flexible schedule)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Step Van Driver, you will operate a Step Van to deliver packages to homes and businesses across Central Texas.- Deliver packages safely and on time following assigned routes
- Operate a company-provided Step Van
- Use the app for navigation and delivery confirmation
- Interact professionally with customers when needed
- Complete pre
- and post-trip vehicle inspections
REQUIREMENTS
- 21+ years of age
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the station
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- No prior delivery experience required
