Reserve Hill Country is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional part-time Private Chauffeur to join our team. Reserve provides elevated private transportation and curated experiences throughout the Texas Hill Country. From airport transportation and private dinners to wine country outings, weddings, special events and personalized chauffeur service, our goal is simple: provide an exceptional experience from the moment our guests step into the vehicle. This is more than a driving position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and understands that professionalism, hospitality, discretion and attention to detail matter.

THE ROLE

As a Reserve Private Chauffeur, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients while delivering the polished, thoughtful service our guests expect.

Responsibilities include:

Providing private chauffeur service throughout Kerrville, Fredericksburg, San Antonio and the surrounding Texas Hill Country Completing airport transfers to San Antonio International Airport and other regional airports and destinations Chauffeuring guests for dinners, wine country experiences, weddings, special events and private outings Providing warm, professional and attentive guest service Communicating clearly with clients regarding arrival and pickup Arriving early and prepared for every scheduled reservation Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of Reserve vehicles before and after service Assisting guests with luggage, doors and other needs as appropriate Reviewing reservation details, routes and special client requests before each assignment Protecting client privacy and maintaining strict confidentiality Communicating promptly with Reserve regarding schedules, client needs, vehicle concerns or changes during service Following Reserve service standards, operating procedures and safety expectations

Exceptionally reliable and punctual Professional in appearance and communication Warm, personable and service-oriented Discreet and respectful of client privacy Calm and confident behind the wheel Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable serving executives, families, visitors and VIP clientele Familiar with Kerrville and the surrounding Hill Country, or willing to learn quickly Comfortable with airport transportation and longer-distance driving Flexible when schedules or travel plans change Available for a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays and early-morning airport transportation Hospitality, luxury service, executive transportation, hotel, country club, aviation, law enforcement, military or other high-trust professional experience is a plus, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and excellent driving record Ability to pass a motor vehicle record review and background check Reliable transportation to and from work Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication skills Smartphone and ability to use navigation, text messaging and scheduling tools Ability to safely assist with guest luggage Willingness to follow Reserve's confidentiality, safety and service standards

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule based on client reservations and transportation needs. Reserve operates in the hospitality and transportation industry, so availability may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, early mornings and select holidays. We are especially interested in candidates who value flexibility while also wanting to become a consistent and important part of a growing company.

COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may be available based on assignments and gratuities.
