Schedule:

Part-time, primarily weeknights, with shifts beginning around 4:00-5:00 PM. TEAM Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, vision, life, and voluntary insurance Management Development Program TEAM and travel discounts Vacation, wellness, and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities Referral bonus program Full-time positions are benefits eligible, including paid time off and travel discounts, with medical and other insurance options available Responsibilities As a Guest Transportation Driver, you will: Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests to and from designated locations Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service throughout each guest interaction Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings as needed Maintain knowledge of the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area Answer guest questions and provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, shopping, and other points of interest Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Keep the shuttle clean, safe, and presentable Ensure the vehicle has adequate fuel and is ready for service Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Follow hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other hotel departments regarding transportation needs Assist other departments with hotel operations as needed Requirements Previous hotel, hospitality, transportation, or customer-service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate Must be at least 21 years of age Valid, current, non-probationary driver's license from the state where the property is located Clean and satisfactory driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer-service skills and a genuine desire to help others Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous when handling guest concerns or unexpected situations Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Bilingual skills are a plus We are committed to training and developing our TEAM through hands-on experience, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
