Immediately Job Description 2 hour shift daily to clean after students and staff leave for the day. Empty all trash cans and put in clean trash can liners in office areas, break room, office supply room, board room, hallways, and restrooms. Dry mop/Vacuum all classrooms, gymnasium, kitchen/stage, office areas, hallways, restrooms, conference/break room and entryways. Wet mop necessary areas as needed or as directed (minimum once weekly) Clean toilets in restrooms. Disinfect classroom tables Clean all sinks and mirrors. Replenish supplies in restrooms....toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, etc. Clean glass in entrance doors. Clean windows as needed. Look for cob webs and dust them down as needed. Clean window sills. Wipe down door handles. Clean walls and doors periodically, as needed. DO NOT disturb personal space of office workers...desks, file cabinets, etc. Let office know when supplies are running low and if repairs and or maintenance is needed. Perform light maintenance task as capable and as directed by and in collaboration with the building administrator.(i.e. changing light bulbs, replacing filters, plunging toilets) Secure building doors and windows at the end of each day.
