Dank Banq Budtender - Cannabis Dispensary (Full-Time & Part-Time) Job Overview Dank Banq is hiring Budtenders to join our growing cannabis team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or experienced dispensary staff looking to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused cannabis environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a cannabis dispensary setting Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, edibles, concentrates, vapes, and accessories Assist customers with product selection based on needs and preferences Operate POS systems, Cash Handling Verify customer identification and ensure state Metrc cannabis compliance Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and organize product displays Keep the retail sales floor clean, professional, and welcoming Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years or older Cannabis credentials required (we can provide information and guidance on the application process) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Must meet state cannabis employment requirements related to criminal background (2 years past a non-violent felony; 5 years past a violent felony) Compensation & Perks Hourly pay + commission opportunities Tips available Experience Level Entry-level to experienced Budtenders welcomed Previous experience in cannabis retail, dispensary work, or customer service is a plus, but not required
