Budtender

Budtender / Packager (21+ Only) We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Budtender/Packager who is passionate about cannabis and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. If you enjoy helping people, learning about cannabis products, and working in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations Educate customers on cannabis products and usage Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment Assist with daily packaging duties and inventory organization Ensure compliance with all company policies and cannabis regulations

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for cannabis and willingness to continue learning Cash handling and sales experience preferred Packaging experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multitask effectively
