Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting products through engaging product demos and knowledgeable recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash and electronic payments with confidence. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining friendly communication, phone etiquette, and addressing inquiries clearly and professionally. Conduct merchandising and stocking to ensure products are well-presented, organized, and replenished on the sales floor. Promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume. Prepare and deliver orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space, including inventory management and stock rotation. Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer interaction. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and product demos effectively. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and operate delivery equipment safely.
