What you'll do: You'll help build SnoBear machines from the ground up. Depending on your skills and where you fit best, you may work in body assembly, chassis, finish, or another part of production. Every area matters. Every person has a role. Every machine that leaves the door reflects the people who built it. You'll learn how to: Use hand tools, power tools, drills, grinders, riveters and torque wrenches Assemble body, mechanical and structural components Read basic diagrams, instructions and build specifications Measure, check and inspect your work Work safely in a manufacturing environment Solve problems right where the work happens Build pride in what you do every day This is hands-on work. Real work. Work you can point to and say "I helped build that." Who we're looking for: You don't need to have it all figured out yet. You don't need a perfect resume. You don't need to know everything on day one. We are looking for people who are: Reliable Willing to learn Good with their hands or excited to BECOME good with their hands Comfortable using tools or ready to learn Respectful and team-focused Able to follow directions and ask questions Proud of doing things right Ready to build a future, not just collect a paycheck Experience with shop class, cars, trucks, ATVs, snowmobiles, farm equipment, construction, woodworking, welding, fabrication or fixing things is a bonus - but not required.
