• Part-time Maintenance openings for 2 apartment complexes in Warsaw & 1 in Silver Springs, NY.

Positions are part-time at 10-15 hrs/week plus some "on-call" duties as required.

Requirements:

basic aptitude of building repairs including electrical & plumbing; physical ability to perform lawn care & snow removal; and proven ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of boiler systems a plus! Must be willing to work with the elderly/disabled. Prior experience with Fair Housing, ADA regulations or government regulated properties a plus. Reliable transportation & working phone necessary. Pay range $18

• 20/hr, or extensive relative experience.
