Building Maintenance Technician

Key Qualifications:

High energy individuals with a strong work ethic 2-5 years of construction concrete work, concrete repair, concrete finishing, use concrete tools Experiences with apply epoxy floor coating product. 2-3 years of building maintenance like painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical functions. Use of variety of typical hand and power tools. Experiences with scissors lifts, boom lift, and comfortable with working in high area. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner. Ability to work safely at elevated heights (ladders, aerial work platforms, etc.) Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards High school diploma or equivalent Military training and or Technical School preferred
