This role will oversee the daily operations of the district's single building and site, as well as supervise the operations of our transportation fleet. The District currently has a crew of 3 other custodial staff including additional student workers and additional help during the summer months. Other than supervising staff and helping with daily custodial duties, the selected candidate will oversee systems such as heating and cooling, boiler maintenance, safety inspections, small systems operators, etc. This position will assist the Business Manager with purchasing and vendor management and the Superintendent with obtaining necessary bids/quotes and requests for proposals. This position reports directly to the Superintendent, with a salary range $49,000 to $59,000 (negotiable upon experience) and includes a comprehensive benefit package including health insurance, dental insurance, Wisconsin Retirement System, life insurance, paid vacation, LTD, and health retirement account. Qualifications At least three years in maintenance or related fields.

Example:

electrical, plumbing, building construction, HVAC,custodial maintenance. Demonstrated experience with Energy Management systems and integrated computerized systems. Must demonstrate an average knowledge of building safety, mechanical systems, HVAC, small systems operation and facilities disciplines. Must demonstrate an above average knowledge of building operating systems. CDL with passenger endorsement to operate school buses. District will help with procurement but needs to be completed within 6 months of hire. Must obtain Small Water System (OTM/NN) certification through the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Complete Asbestos Operation & Maintenance certification to become district

Preferred Qualifications:

Has experience working in a directly related field within a district setting. Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience.
