Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system. Prepare food items according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Stock and replenish food and beverage items as needed. Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.

Job Qualifications:

No prior experience required; willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
