Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will contribute to a positive dining experience for every guest, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions, providing correct change. Prepare and cook menu items according to Burger King standards and recipes, ensuring food safety and quality. Assemble and package orders for dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru customers. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. Restock inventory and supplies as needed, notifying management of shortages. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment breakdown. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Job Qualifications:

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 16 years of age. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.

Pay:

$16 per hour
