Job Description:

Job Summary:

Oversee daily operations of a Burger King shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and adherence to company standards. This role involves leading a team, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and driving sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and train team members on Burger King procedures, food safety, and customer service. Manage cash handling, including register operations, deposits, and daily reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely food preparation, adhering to Burger King recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, following health and safety guidelines. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste. Enforce company policies and procedures, including uniform standards and attendance. Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures, including securing premises and preparing for the next shift. Operate all restaurant equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with scheduling and managing employee breaks.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or lead role. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Pay:

$17 per hour
