As a key part of our transportation team, you'll ensure passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably.

Responsibilities:

Operate motorcoaches, shuttles, or vans safely and efficiently Follow assigned routes and schedules for on-time arrivals and departures Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and special needs Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained, and presentable Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations Provide clear communication and updates to passengers Respond calmly and professionally to unexpected situations or emergencies

Qualifications:

Valid CDL with passenger endorsement (CDL-B or CDL-A preferred) Clean driving record Prior experience driving buses, coaches, or shuttles preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic mechanical knowledge for inspections and minor issues Dependable, professional, and safety-minded Why Join BRT Charter Services?
