Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience as a Business Analyst, especially in an agile environment Demonstrated responsibility growth in BA roles

Ability to work cross-functionally and in a matrixed environment Experience documenting application dependencies and current processes Flexibility to support team training and process updates
