  • $60 /hr Posted April 23, 2026 Our client is seeking a MarTech Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst to support a major phase of our marketing technology transformation.
This role will act as an internal enablement partner, working closely with business stakeholders and external implementation vendors as we roll out a new global marketing automation platform (most likely HubSpot) while also supporting our broader martech ecosystem. This is not a hands-on configuration or developer role. Instead, the focus is on requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and ensuring business needs are accurately translated into vendor-led implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation Enablement (Primary Focus)
  • Act as the internal liaison between marketing/business teams and the selected implementation partner.
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, use cases, workflows, and dependencies.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear inputs for the implementation partner.
  • Coordinate feedback, UAT activities, and issue tracking during rollout.
  • Support post-launch adoption, stabilization, and optimization.
  • Absorb platform knowledge to support ongoing internal enablement. MarTech Business Analysis & Operations
  • Support ongoing requests across a 20+ tool martech ecosystem.
  • Assess whether requests represent issues, enhancements, or new capabilities.
  • Help prioritize and document incoming requests and opportunities.
  • Support periodic tool audits, usage reviews, and optimization assessments.
  • Assist with contract renewals, consolidation discussions, and vendor evaluations. Governance, AI & Vendor Coordination
  • Field and document AI-related requests from vendors and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate due diligence and review processes aligned with organizational policies.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for vendor enhancement and upgrade discussions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience & Skills:
  • Experience working in marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, or automation environments.
  • Exposure to platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and workflow documentation.
  • Comfort working with external implementation partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting system rollouts or enterprise tools (vendor-led implementations).

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in evolving and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communicator who can bridge business and technical discussions.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Nice to
