Job description: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharma Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory processes Experience working in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, SQL). Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives. Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements. Develop process models, workflows, and business cases. Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct market research and feasibility studies. Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making. Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Assist in change management and training efforts.
