Full-Time About the Role My client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Functional Consultant to lead full-cycle ERP implementations and deliver high-quality solutions to clients. This role requires deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the ability to guide clients from discovery through post-go-live support. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 Business Central, including:
• Requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Solution design and system configuration
• Data migration and validation
• User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deployment and go-live support
• Post-implementation optimization and ongoing support
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending best practices aligned with industry standards.
• Configure and optimize core modules, including:
• Financial Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Manufacturing
• Warehousing
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key stakeholders and end users.
• Develop functional documentation, process flows, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements. Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP best practices.
• Deep functional knowledge of Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Warehousing modules.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification (preferred; required after hire if not currently held).
• Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
