Business/ Commercial Litigation Attorney - Business Division (Tampa or Fort Lauderdale Office) Full-Time | Competitive Compensation Plus Origination and Billable Hour Bonuses | Comprehensive Benefits Package About the
Opportunity:
We are a well-established State Tax law firm with a high volume of existing business clients, and we are seeking a Business/ Commercial Litigation Attorney with a strong background in business law and commercial litigation to join our growing Business Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney with at least 5 years plus of experience, preferably with a book of business, to build and lead within a thriving practice. The successful candidate will have access to an established client base and the support of a reputable firm known for its depth in tax and business law. Compensation for this opportunity will be between $110,000- $170,000, based upon level of experience plus origination and billable hour bonuses.

Tampa or Fort Lauderdale, FL Position Overview:
The attorney will provide comprehensive legal services to business clients, from advisory and transactional work to litigation in State and Federal courts (if admitted in Federal Court). The ideal candidate will possess excellent drafting and litigation skills, a strong understanding of business and commercial legal issues, and the drive to grow and expand our Business Division.
Key Responsibilities :
Advise clients on a broad range of business and commercial litigation matters. Litigate cases in State and Federal courts, if admitted in Federal Court. Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other tools to develop case strategies. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Stay current with developments in relevant laws and regulations. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding their matters. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years plus of experience in business law and/or commercial litigation. Demonstrated ability to manage a book of business, preferably bringing their own book of business. Strong legal drafting and research skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a collaborative legal environment.
